Discover the Biella area on a Vespa with a two-day itinerary through villages, nature, local flavors, and one of Piedmont’s most intense and fascinating cultural events. After a first part dedicated to Biella, Candelo, and the historic Birreria Menabrea, you’ll reach Sordevolo to witness the famous Passione di Sordevolo.
Every five years, the entire town of Sordevolo transforms into a vast open-air theater: hundreds of residents take part as actors, extras, and volunteers, bringing to life a spectacular performance set in Jerusalem in 33 A.D., with grand sets, costumes, and a tradition passed down for over two centuries. The 2027 edition will run from June 19 to September 26. After the show, you’ll ride your Vespa to the Santuario di Graglia, where you’ll spend the night. The second day will be dedicated to the greener, more contemporary side of the Biella area, including Pollone, Parco della Burcina, and Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto.
