Tour in Vespa is a brand managed by the travel and tourism agency and tour operator called “Con le Ali sotto i piedi” which resells third-party services and tourist packages.

The operational headquarters of Tour in Vespa is located in Pocapaglia (CN) in Strada Statale Alba-Bra 231/22.

The registered office is located in Turin, via Challant 2.



To submit complaints, use the certified email address: experience@confcommercio.legalmail.it or info@tourinvespa.com.

Complaints must be sent by email no later than 10 days from the end of the effective use of the purchased services.



The prices of the services indicated are always to be considered inclusive of VAT.

Payment is always made online, via the website www.tourinvespa.com (exclusively owned by The Italian Experience snc), following the appropriate procedure. There are two channels for making the payment: bank transfer (using the data indicated on the site during the booking phase) or via the PayPal application. Other payment methods are not currently accepted.


All payments relating to the booking of the services indicated are valid as a confirmatory deposit and therefore do not give the right to any refund in the event of cancellation by the customer, unless such cancellation takes place in the manner and within the times indicated in the following paragraph “Withdrawal and cancellation of services”.



If the weather conditions (rain, strong wind, ice, etc.), ascertained by Tour in Vespa, do not allow the tour to take place, the Customer will be refunded the entire amount paid within 15 working days. Alternatively, you can take advantage of a voucher of the same amount to be used within 1 year from the date of the tour purchased.

The Customer has the possibility to cancel the activities, but he must communicate it one month in advance of the established date: in this case the cancellation is free. With 15 days’ notice, on the other hand, you will be able to obtain a 50% refund. After this period the tour is to be considered confirmed. It can only be canceled if the conditions specified in the previous paragraph occur (see weather conditions).

If the Client starts the tour despite uncertain weather conditions, he implicitly accepts the risk and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Even if the bad weather arrives after the activity has started.

If it is Tour in Vespa that cancels the activity, the Customer has the right to a full refund of the services previously paid.

The Customer is required to communicate any delays in collecting the Vespa by contacting the telephone numbers indicated during the booking phase. If the Customer does not communicate the delay and shows up at the vehicle collection point more than 1 hour late, Tour in Vespa is authorized to no longer provide the requested services and not to refund the amount paid.

If the Client is deemed unsuitable to drive, at the sole discretion of the person delivering the vehicle, the tour is considered canceled and no refund is possible.

In case of cancellation of the activity, the ancillary services (overnight stay, lunch or tasting) are non-refundable.



Tour in Vespa is not responsible for the possible closure of other tourist activities, tourist sites or restaurant or hotel activities indicated by Dpcm (Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers) or DL ​​(Law Decrees), issued to counter the pandemic caused by Covid -19.

In the event of a sudden closure, Tour in Vespa undertakes to reschedule the previously confirmed and paid activities with the customer. If there is no objective possibility to reschedule these activities, the Customer has the right to receive a voucher of the same amount to be used within 1 year from the date of cancellation.



The special regime for travel agencies/tour operators applies to services relating to the organization of “tourist packages” consisting of travel, holidays and “all-inclusive” circuits (art. 2 of Legislative Decree 111/95).

The aforementioned “tourist packages” must (art. 1 c. 1 of DM 340/99):

be sold or offered for sale to travelers at an all-in price;

have a duration of more than 24 hours, i.e. they must extend for a period of time including at least one night;

be composed of at least two of the elements listed below:

– transport;

– accommodation;

– tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation, constituting a significant part of the “tourist package” (e.g. itineraries and visits, with or without guides).



In the event of a vehicle breakdown, Tour in Vespa undertakes to provide assistance within 1 hour of reporting the breakdown.

The Customer who, due to his carelessness, damages the vehicle is required to pay full compensation for the damage for which he hereby authorizes TourinVespa to charge the sum to the credit card communicated when collecting the vehicle.

No sum is deducted from the credit card requested during the withdrawal phase. This only happens if the conditions described above occur (see failure/damage caused by the Customer).


Before delivering the vehicle (Vespa or Calessino or other unspecified), the tour managers test the Customer to see if he is actually able to drive the vehicle. If the Client is deemed unsuitable to drive, at the sole discretion of the person delivering the vehicle, the tour is considered canceled and no refund is possible. We therefore invite customers to specify any shortcomings concerning the driving of the aforementioned vehicles at the time of booking.



During their tourist experience, Clients are covered by our Civil Liability Insurance (Your Insurance, policy N°40321512000924).

“Con le Ali sotto i piedi” is a travel agency/tour operator registered in the Guarantee Fund of Tua Assicurazioni, with headquarters in Largo Tazio Nuvolari 1 in Milan, with policy N°40321512001036.



For any disputes, the competent court is the Court of Turin.
