Strap on your helmet – we are ready to start. Visiting Turin on a Vespa means choosing a means of transport which is suitable for this city.  Its streets, tree-lined avenues and roads that run alongside the Po River can all be travelled on your Vespa.

From the centre of course!  Don’t worry there are no congestion zones in the city that forbid travel on scooters.  Awaiting you here are the Mole Antonelliana, a symbol of Turin, which houses the Cinema Museum and the Egyptian Museum, second in the world for its collections of findings. The city squares will also offer you a great welcome. Piazza San Carlo is the living room of Turin: noble and elegant from the Savoy period. In the middle proudly stands the beautiful equestrian monument, the Caval d’brons, one of the city’s symbols and under the arcades are the greatest fashion designer shops interspersed with historic cafés where you can enjoy an aperitif at the end of the day. 

Then, in the blink of an eye, you come to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the square with the biggest porticoes in Europe, a terrace overlooking the city.  From here you can admire the Gran Madre Church, the hill and on the top the Superga. Finally, all you must do is visit Piazza Castello, Palazzo Madama and the Royal Palace with its sumptuous gardens and then down to Piazza Solferino and Piazza Statuto. The latter has always been shrouded in mystery due to the stories that concern the monument that stands in the centre of the square. Moving around on a Vespa is fast:  get on, make your visits, get back on and head off towards infinity and…

Turin is not just a city centre, it is much, much more.  Get back on your Vespa and set off again: up and down the hill and on up to the Superga from where you can admire the city in all its splendour. Leave Superga, continue down along the banks of the Po River towards Venaria Palace. This stop is a ‘must’: the palace is not a “small Versailles”, the Palace is the Palace:  a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its unique and impressive history. It is the story of its rebirth from the dark ages, the story of an architectural restoration that has brought a jewel back into the light and is visited by thousands of people every year. From here you can easily reach the Juventus Stadium on your Vespa, the “home” of Juventus and Cristiano Ronaldo. The stadium is located on the street and is a very interesting place to visit for sports lovers.
